Can I return my rental vehicle to a different location?
Yes, one-way rentals are possible. You can pick up the vehicle in one location and return it to another.
Pick-up and return at our main office in Tirana city centre or at the airport is free of charge. We also offer one-way service to and from other locations outside Tirana for an additional fee. These locations are listed on the START page of our website, and the location fee is shown on the website during the reservation process.
If you wish to pick up or return the car to a location not listed on our website (whether it's elsewhere in Albania or in another country), you can still do so by making a request via email or phone, and we'll provide you with a custom quote for your preferred location.
Is there a kilometer limit?
Yes, there is a kilometer limit, and limit depends on the length of your rental. For example:
- 1 to 3 days: 300 km/day; - 4 to 7 days: 250 km/day; - 8 to 14 days: 200 km/day;
- 15 to 21 days: 150 km/day; - 22 to 31 days: 130 km/day.
However, if you purchase our full insurance (Full Risk Protection), you get unlimited kilometers only when driving within Albania. If you travel abroad with full insurance, the kilometer limit will still apply, as unlimited kilometers are not covered outside Albania.
Can I trave abroad with my rental vehicle?
You can travel to all European countries with the rental vehicle (excluding Ukraine and Russia). An additional fee for Cross Border Authorization must be paid to the rental company. The authorization is the company's only responsibility, and the fee is shown on the website during the reservation process.
The cross-border fee will apply only once for the duration of your rental, no matter how many times you cross borders.
A Green Card (international insurance) is also required. It must be obtained by the customer at the border crossing. The rental company does not provide this document and is not responsible for any issues if the customer fails to obtain it, gets the wrong one, or is denied entry at the border as a result. Green Card prices vary by country and duration of stay.
Should I wash my rental vehicle when i return it?
Yes, it is required that the rental vehicle must be washed and returned in a clean coniditon at the time of return.
Failure to do so, or returning the vehicle excessively dirty, will result in a cleaning fee being applied.
