Where do I meet the agent for my car pickup at Tirana Airport (TIA)?
We make your arrival as smooth as possible with our Meet & Greet service:
At the Terminal: After you collect your luggage and exit the arrivals gate, our representative will be waiting for you holding a sign with the Tirana Car Rentals logo and your name.
Flight Tracking: Don't worry about delays; we monitor your flight status in real-time to ensure we are there exactly when you land.
Direct Contact: You will also receive the agent's contact number (WhatsApp/Viber) 24 hours before your arrival for seamless communication.
Parking: Your car will be ready in the airport's main parking area, just a 2-minute walk from the terminal."
How much is the security deposit and how can I pay for it?
The security deposit amount depends on the car category you choose and the insurance package selected. We offer flexible payment options to make it easy for our international guests:
Credit/Debit Cards: We can hold the deposit on your card (Visa or Mastercard).
Cash Deposit: Unlike many other agencies, we also accept cash deposits in EUR, LEK, or USD, which are fully refunded at the end of the rental if the car is returned in its original condition.
No Deposit Option: If you choose our Full Risk Protection (Full Insurance), the security deposit is significantly reduced.
Can I return my rental vehicle to a different location?
Yes, one-way rentals are possible. You can pick up the vehicle in one location and return it to another.
Pick-up and return at our main office in Tirana city centre or at the airport is free of charge. We also offer one-way service to and from other locations outside Tirana for an additional fee. These locations are listed on the RESERVATION page of our website, and the location fee is shown on the website during the reservation process.
If you wish to pick up or return the car to a location not listed on our website (whether it's elsewhere in Albania or in another country), you can still do so by making a request via email or phone, and we'll provide you with a custom quote for your preferred location.
Is there a kilometer limit?
Yes, there is a kilometer limit, and limit depends on the length of your rental. For example:
- 1 to 3 days: 300 km/day; - 4 to 7 days: 250 km/day; - 8 to 14 days: 200 km/day;- 15 to 21 days: 150 km/day; - 22 to 31 days: 130 km/day.
However, if you purchase our full insurance (Full Risk Protection), you get unlimited kilometers only when driving within Albania. If you travel abroad with full insurance, the kilometer limit will still apply, as unlimited kilometers are not covered outside Albania.
Should I wash my rental vehicle when i return it?
Yes, it is required that the rental vehicle must be washed and returned in a clean coniditon at the time of return.
Failure to do so, or returning the vehicle excessively dirty, will result in a cleaning fee being applied.

What insurance is included in the price?
Our base price includes Third Party Liability (TPL) insurance. For travelers seeking maximum peace of mind, we also offer Full Risk Protection options to cover potential damages. We operate with a strict "no hidden fees" policy—the price you see on our website is the final price you will pay.
What is your fuel policy?
We follow a "Same-to-Same" fuel policy. This means you will receive the vehicle with a certain level of fuel and are expected to return it with the same amount. This ensures you only pay for the fuel you actually use.
What payment methods do you accept, and in which currency?
We offer flexible payment options to suit your travel needs:
Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major cards, including Visa and Mastercard, for both the rental payment and the security deposit.
Cash Payments: You can pay in cash upon arrival. We accept Euro (EUR), Albanian Lek (ALL), and US Dollars (USD).
Currency Exchange: Payments are calculated based on the official exchange rate of the day if you choose to pay in a different currency than your booking.
No Hidden Fees: The price confirmed during your booking is final. We do not charge extra for card processing or airport meet-and-greet services.
What should I do in case of a breakdown or accident?
We provide 24/7 Roadside Assistance across Albania and the Balkans. Our team is always ready to assist you and ensure your journey continues safely.
